Rainbow Trails

Rainbow Trails is a free day program for children and their families who are coping with a life-limiting illness - or the recent loss of a loved one. Rainbow Trails provides:

• An understanding of the grief process
• Skills to cope with grief and loss
• An opportunity to memorialize and say good-bye to their loved one
