Hope Hospice

Hospice is a special kind of care designed to provide comfort and support to people of all ages who are facing a life limiting illness.  We are committed to making sure that no one has to end their journey of life alone, afraid or in pain.

We care for people in the place they call home.  In most cases, the individual remains in their own residence.  However, Hope also provides services in other settings, such as nursing homes, assisted living facilities and hospitals as well as our Hospice Houses in Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs and Lehigh Acres. 

Hope is accredited by the Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP), the national leader in improving the quality of care in the home care industry.

Licensed by the State of Florida since 1984, Hope Hospice services are covered by Medicare, Medicaid and many insurances.  Community support enables Hope to serve everyone, regardless of a person's ability to pay.
