Bereavement Counselor

Provide individual and group grief counseling services.  LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT preferred.  Minimum requirements - Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy and be licensure eligible.  Must be able to work flexible schedule - Days with some evenings and weekend groups.

CNA - Continuous Care

Provide one-on-one care to hospice patients in their homes for 12 hour shift.  One year experience preferred.  Three 12 hour shifts weekly = 72 hours biweekly - Rotating schedule - Monday thru Sunday - includes 2 weekends a month.

Computer Support Technician

Responsible for day-to-day technical support.  Responds to PC, Laptop, and Peripheral support requests.  Tech school graduate & 4 plus years of PC support in 2nd level support role experience required.  AA and above preferred.  MCSE, CCNA, CNE a plus.  M-F - Days plus on call rotation.

Driver - Hope Connections

Transport participants in our van to the Nobles Center and to occasional appointments.  Transportation experience, safe driving record and high school diploma or GED required.  Elder care experience preferred.  Must be flexible in schedule.  Monday thru Friday - Days.

HIM Assistant I

Computer skills and experience required.  Medical Records or medical office experience preferred.  Must be flexible to work in other locations if needed.
